School Excursions


Improve your students’ learning outcomes through stimulating and engaging educational experiences! The Alliance Française de Melbourne offers a variety of language workshops to support students and their teachers in secondary schools.

Our school programs are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL) and tailored to the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) and the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) to benefit both students and their teachers. They are taught by our dynamic team of native speaking French tutors and will enhance your students' language skills as well as adding a special multicultural element to their education. Students are immersed in the French language with our workshops, which are all oriented towards conversation and conducted entirely in French.




Who?

The workshops are designed to appeal to any class interested in French culture and language. Our workshops are tailored for different year levels, for Primary and Secondary school students. 

Where?

We organise the workshop at our CBD branch, next to Flinders street station.

When?

Depending on our schedule, we can organise the workshop anytime you like throughout the week (Monday-Friday). We usually recommend a Friday morning as we have fewer courses on that day, which means that both our teachers and classrooms are more likely to be available.

2025 Pricing


Fees for a 2-hour workshop:

Price per Student
Minimum 6 students per workshop
 		$40 per student + GST


Cancellation policy:

Cancellations 8 days prior to the booking will incur a 20% administration fee, and cancellations with less than 8 days’ notice, the full fee will apply. Please also note that we cannot give a discount or a refund for absent students on the day or make changes to the number of students once the invoice has been issued.

  • Teachers are free of charge.
