This class is designed for young students who have finished our Children 6 level classes, or who have an equivalent A2 level.
In this class, students will continue their progression in all aspects of the French language – reading, writing, listening, speaking and grammar. Each week, students will complete a variety of engaging activities to ensure that they continue to enjoy learning. Building on their existing knowledge, students will learn how to talk about topics such as technology, the past and the future, their home, books and eating habits
This program is designed to be studied over a full school year, so that students can progress to the next step the following year.

This one-week holiday program is designed for students going into Year 7 who will learn French for the first time. Come along and get a head start before starting high school.
During this holiday program, students will be introduced to the basics of French, giving you the opportunity to start their year with confidence.
As per the Alliance Française philosophy, classes will be conducted predominantly in French with an emphasis on communication. Grammar and vocabulary typically studied in Year 7 will be introduced through various activities and exercises, involving conversation and role-play activities.

With our native-speaking teachers, students will explore the French culture and take their first steps in learning how to communicate in French. Students will learn a range of vocabulary and language structures, such as greetings, counting, talking about likes and dislikes, family, hobbies and more!
This program is designed to be studied over a full school year, so that students can progress to the next step, Year 8 (A1) the following year. This course is for complete beginners, no prior knowledge of French is required if enrolling in Term 1.
