La Cassolette is the only bistro that offers gourmet and traditional European cuisine on Melbourne's Yarra River. All dishes are homemade with the freshest produce to always offer the best quality.

On Friday 17 October, the Alliance Française de Melbourne gives you the opportunity to discover this charming bistro. Improve your spoken French while savouring a delicious French-style menu, highlighting some of the best classics of French cuisine. For  $65, come and enjoy a three-course dinner along with lively conversation with other Francophiles and Clémence, our lovely French teacher.

1 Entree to choose from the following:

• Homemade terrine, onion marmalade & green salad
• Smoked trout & vinaigrette
• Onion soup & toast

1 Main to choose from the following (all served with mashed potato or basmati rice):

• Chicken cassolette, provençal style

• Beef cassolette, bourguignon style

• Fish cassolette with aioli sauce

1 Dessert to choose from the following:

• Chocolate fondant
• Crème brulée
• Panna Cotta banana

1 espresso & biscuit
